While the 'de-stocking' policy is sending yet another strong stimulus to the real estate markets in certain cities in China, the first edition of ANBOUND’s chief researcher, Chen Gong’s book titled "Urbanization, Turning the World Upside Down" was published by Citic Press Group in March 2016. Following his in-depth study on global urbanization, Chen Gong discovers that there is an important correlation among urbanization wave, excess capital and economic crisis which are interrelated and affecting one another. To date, in reality, the possibility of a change to the ‘critical crisis’ model is non-existent, unless and until the governments can join hands to make an epoch-making, revolutionary reform, then only it is possible to create a new operation mode for the world economy.
